Onnx , they are integrating it more every month , there is a championship in the works (for ai eas) .

You can do your training anywhere and import the model .

PyTorch TensorFlow both support Onnx too , if you have an nVidia chipset i suggest using PyTorch . It's like trying to dry your hair with a tornado.
