Unable to install broker provided MT4 on windows 11

Hi,
I am unable to install broker provided MT4 on windows 11 and getting error " The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000017)."
i have tried every fix provided here on MQL5 website and over internet, youtube but still the problem remains unresolved.
if anyone can help, please provide the fix for these error.
