How to protect EAs/Indicators when uploading to VPS?

I suppose they are already protected.

Otherwise, obfuscation and eventually passing through an external server for complicated and confidential calculations.

If referring to the VPS service provided by MetaQuotes, then your trust in the company would be at the same level as their other services and functionality. You could easily say that using the MQL5 Storage, or compiling in MetaEditor could provided them with the source code.

So it is up to you to trust the MetaQuotes services or not.

As for 3rd party VPS services, the best you can do is to upload only the final executable compiled with the Cloud Protector, and hopefully you can trust the 3rd party VPS service with your other details of your setup.
