I uploaded the photo chart  on https://www.mql5.com; before I opened that account

can you delete photos from mql5.com?

Go to your profile, select charts, click on the last charts - at the bottom right you will see the 'delete' button.

 

However, if as you say, you published it before having a MQL5 community account, then ...

Find your chart and press "Complain" on the right side of the chart page, and someone will delete it.



But please note that deleting the mistakenly uploaded anonimous charts are not a high prioroity for any admin sorry.
