Question from new user about meta auto. trader

Hi to everyone,

as I said, I am a newbie so these question might be stupid to you :)

is it possible to set meta auto trader so the program would:

go long/short (TP 9pips, SL 4pips).
next step that the program I want to make is:

-if one step before was LONG, and it made TP, than now go LONG
-...............................SHORT and it made TP, than now go SHORT

or

- if one step before was LONG, and it made SL, than now go SHORT
-................................SHORT and it made TP, than now go LONG

Is here any expert in this programme language and could write me a mt4 test?
Is it possible that auto. trader would make constantly these trades as I described?

Your parameters are too tight, with slippage and spread you'll struggle, the rest is possible...
 
When you said "parameters" did you ment pip values? I set my values just from my mind. I just wanted to explain you what is my wish and how to make it true.
Could anyone make me this script?

I would still need any help at this. I know how to work in C+, but still I need some help. Anyone please?
