MT5 demo account debacle | Activation Issue Needs Immediate Resolution

 

I've encountered a persistent issue with my demo account, which became inactive on August 27. Despite multiple calls to technical support, the problem remains unresolved.


Here's the crux: I can't create a new demo account because the text message code never arrives. Oddly enough, I do receive the code via email.


The AMP (Chicago) team has already replicated this error, yet it persists. 


Anyone have any ideas about how to expedite the resolution?


probably a server that needs to be rebooted somewhere
