Metatester agents cloud offline

Hi,

I have some trouble with my metatester : I can do wath I want, cloud is still off.

I have tried reinstall the agents, change the ports, even cut kaspersky and the windows firewall... nothing is able to put the cloud on.

It worked fine until yesterday. Can someone please help me ?

Here attached you can find the log of the 1st of my agents.

The last line is : "network disconnected" ??
