How to connect VPS purchased on MQL5.com site to an existing MT4/5 terminal without paying twice?

I purchase my 3 months VPS service directly on the MQL5.com site not in a Metatrader Terminal. I am now trying to setup the VPS in my Metatrader account configured in the VPS service purchased. However, when I try to connect to the VPS from the Metatrader terminal, it is asking me to pay for the service again. There seems to be no option to connect to a VPS already purchased from MQL5.com. 


How do I connect a Metatrader terminal to a VPS service purchased directly on MQL5.com site, but not in the local Metatrader terminal? I am looking for a step by step instruction to do setup for VPS already purchased in MQL5.com not in the terminal or a link with this instruction.


The VPS has not been used or synchronized since purchased a few days ago and It seems the subscription cannot be cancelled with refund after 24 hours. Such cancellation would have allowed me to cancel the subscription and re-purchase within the terminal.

If you subscribed to MQL5 VPS under your sankohm99inv username (under your profile - https://www.mql5.com/en/users/sankohm99inv )
so you can find this subscription on this page https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions or on this one https://www.mql5.com/en/users/sankohm99inv/hosting

You can see your subscription such as the following: MT4 or MT5, or which broker's server and trading account.

After that - open MT4 or MT5 (depends on your subscription), fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password, connect your Metatrader with your trading account (according to your subscription; because this subscription is per trading account), and you can see your VPS (in Navigator's window of Metatrader).

You can transfer this MQL5 VPS subscription to an other your trading account (if you need it), for example:

First check the MQL5 VPS (right click on the Navigator window) >> Journals to see what the problem is, as Fernando suggested.

I do not have MQL5 VPS subscription now so I can not help more (in practical way) sorry.

 

About refund ... I do not know about any refund with MQL5 VPS but I found the following:

My VPS was Cancelled, It was purchased yesterday, please undo cancellation or refund the funds

If you cancelled your MQL5 VPS you cannot activate the same subscription again, but you can use the remaining VPS time as free minutes if you Register a Virtual Server again and you choose the free minutes as the subscription option.
