I have a 5 lot trade. How do I close just one lot only?
I tried close order>changed volume to 1 and hit close, but it closed the entire trade.
Thank you

Ok weird. It didn't show it at first, but now it is showing remaining lots still open

You can open an oposite trade with the lots you want to close, then use CloseBy()
Wouldn't opening opposite direction just to make a close take away from profit? You'd lose pips instantly!
Seems that changing volume then close might be the best solution

If you open at the same time a long and a short, then close both by a closeBy(), you lose the spread only once . That's the same as an ordinary close; the only difference is the needed margin for the time both trades are opened, but here too, many brockers don't charge margin for hedged trades.
