Unable to send messages to newly added Friends

Error :: Timed out in 5 sec in messages

When I have "Time Out MQL5 5 Second" error (because I am making the messages in the channel in quick way withiut waiting for example)
so I switch my router off and I use mobile internet for few hours (or for half a day) without any error.
After that I switch the router to be ON and connect to my main internet provider, and everything is fine.

I think some of your friends have privacy settings for their messages and the friend you added hasn't accepted your friend request yet.

I added few friends and sent them messages to view my Trading Statistics. However, I am unable to send new messages to other newly added friends. Any idea what could be the reason?
