Open high low close of the day

Does anybody know how I can take the highs and lows open and close of the day and copy it into an Excel sheet. I would also like to do this with back data.
 
Of one day or of a series of days?

There may be some programs written by people, if you check the different forums on the internet. I guess you can also write your own script with a loop (build from existing scripts), and then use the expression of outputting into an ascii file, which you use with delimiters such as a comme so that you can open as a csv file.
