Unable to download indicators from the market

I am unable to  download any indicators from the market for MT4. When I select download, it will ask if I have MT4 installed then I select the "Yes I have MetaTrader 4 installed" button but then nothing happens afterwards.

Please advise on how to resolve this.

You need to install them through your MT4 terminal, login into your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your chris.gardner login and then search the Market tab of your MT4 terminal.

Click the 'Market' option in the Navigator window, then 'Indicators' and then select 'Free' from the drop down menu.

You need to login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community in order to be able to download anything from the Market.
