Stochastic in price chart ?

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to place the stochastic indicator on the
price chart frame? Only seem to pop it in a seperate window. I've already tried altering the #property field to indicator_chart_window but to no avail.

Any and all help welcome :)

Well, MT4 doesn't support this natively. So even if you got the data to appear in the upper window it probably won't show up simply b/c price=1.xxx whereas Stochastic is usally two digits, so stochs would appear much higher than price on the screen. (They wouldn't overlay)

I wish this is a feature they would add, along with M2, M3, M10 H2, etc charts. Not to mention a bunch of other things.

I haven't tried it yet, but I will play with it and see if I can see something.

Does anyone else have info on this?

Well, it can't be completely impossible...You can get RSI to print in the price window. Same with most of the other indicators that have an "Appy to" field. Just drag over the price window, drop down that field, and select "First Indicator's Data".

Yes, that's what I thought SHOULD have been possible but it isn't :)

I wonder whether Metaquotes can add that functionality back in as I'm sure it was in there some time ago ?

They could, but will they make time to do it???
