VPS stops and disables by itself

i dont know why this is happening but the vps just stops by itself and disables removes all EA charts etc just comes to a complete halt and wont restart till i log in n find out that it has stopped. 
any idea what this is happening? 

first i thought maybe it has something to do with the EA but it is happening on both my account with different EA's on them. please help if someone can .. thanks
