compare 2 candlesticks information

Hello,

i am seeking your help for the creation of an expert advisor or indicator on MT5 capable of selecting two candles by clicking on them; the expert then shows the high/low information of each candle and puts an arrow onto the highes/lowest of the two.

i am stuck, please help me
