How to start multiples experts through command line

Hi, when I start mt5 through command line terminal64.exe and using config_file.ini the mt5 open and work, but if I go back to cmd and start again the same terminal64.exe instalations using other config_file2.ini then the command just focus the mt5 window but nothing happens. I think its because de proccess was already working. How can I start two or more experts using the command line and the same terminal64.exe instalation? I saw the option shutdown in .ini file and with this option I can start one expert, shutdown the terminal64.exe and the command line start othe line with other expert, but I want to execute two or more experts in productions at the same time.
