I am not able to find any logs under Experts. Is there a way to add additional debug or logs to view what is causing the Status Code 1 when enabling the Advisor?

Yes, if you have the source code. Add extra debugging "Prints" in the code to output to the log the extra information you will need to debug the issue.

If however, you don't have the source code, or don't know how to code, then contact the author/provider/seller of the EA.
