So far, noticed all my brokers are in the same time zone and having same date on DST.

In case there's any doubt, the time zone does not reflect the broker's location. The reason for the time zone is different.

Some brokers have different servers operating on different time zones, following user request. It's not the case that all a broker's servers necessarily run on the same time zone.
