EMAs are prices (1±0.01234). ADX is a number [0 … 100]. If they were on the same sub-window at the same scale, either you would see flat EMAs at the bottom and the ADX. Or you would see the EMAs and ADX would be off-screen.

They do not cross. No one can help you.
