failed download product *** [403]

Hi everyone,


Since a week I keep getting this error when I want to download any product (EA and indicator, free or paid) on my VPS (forexvps.net)

I verified everything, changed my IP in case of ban, restarted my VPS, deleted every folder under MetaQuotes (%appdata%), tested with and without IE 11. Nothing seems to work.

There seems to be an issue about connecting on MQL5 with IE 11, he keeps saying "incorrect password" when it's the same as other Web Browser who work well.

Discussion on error 403 is on this thread: Installation is failed
(some users found the way to fix this error by the discussion with external VPS providers' support).

And in case you are using some external VPS:
all Zomro VPS provider with subnets was blocked from the Market (it is well-known information).

I used a VPN and a proxy to avoid my IP getting detected. And my Vps is one of the most used in the market, why mql5 will ban him ?

ForexVPS support told me that they'd have to install a new windows template on my VPS - I backed up my set files and let them do it.

It is now back up and running on the same IP address/port and login. So I guess that it was (at least in my case), a problem with the VPS rather than being blocked.

Same issue, same Fix ! My VPS is being reinstalled by the provider. Hope it will run again for monday ! Thanks to the community for its guidance. Cheers, D.

I am not sure that forexvps for those users and your "forexvps.net" are same VPS provider but anyway - you can try to do the same as some users did for example.
