You would need to use a 3rd party tool like TickStory or Tick Data Suite, but further discussions of 3rd party tools are not allowed here on the forum. You will have to do your own research.

Yeah it is a pain, the maximun quality I've been able to reach by myself has been 90% converting from 1 Min data downloaded to other timeframes...
