1) any messages in the Experts Tab?

That’s not the experts tab
why do you think it has nothing to do with the code
You are not providing any details so how do you expect to get any help

  1. You showed the "Journal" log, not the "Experts" log. We need to see the messages in the "Experts" log.
  2. The details in the "Experts" tab may tell you more about the issue, but usually it is a bug in the source code of the program.
