For an indicator that was not how it was described

I have politely asked the seller ... no response 

 

MQL5.com Market doesn't offer refunds if the product has been activated on your MT4/5 terminal.

Maybe the indicator works as it should, but you expected something different, but even so you should be able to discuss about it with the author.

If the author/seller doesn't respond to your messages, you could write something in the product's comments section to draw his/her attention.

If even that doesn't work, your last resort is the reviews section.

uuu, mql5 banned what i paid for a few days after taking my money now they show a credit but want the money refunded

Hey, [ . . . ], if you've read the Market Rules and consider that your case is eligible for a refund, I think you should first contact the seller... If you've already done this and were not satisfied with the service you received, you can Try the website's technical support , Create order option, in the wizard select Cancel purchase OR Finance >> Other question ...
