Operation Unavailable when I go to purchase script. Help !!

I was trying to purchase a script and it is saying operation unavailable. Funds have already been taking out my bank and I see them as a balance in my MT5 account. Anyone know what I need to do?
If you deposited funds from your bank to your mql5 account/profile so it does not mean any purchase.
It means that you just deposited your funds to your mql5 account/profile to be ready to purchase.
Because is purchases are made from mql5 account/profile directly from Metatrader.

You can purchase the script directly from Metatrader using your already deposited funds in your mql5 forum account/profile.
