Purchase of wrong version of a product

Hi there. Does anyone know if it is possible after purchasing a product for MT4 to have that switched to MT5 instead. I ended up chosing the wrong option and did not realize it until after the purchase?
 
No, it is not possible "to switch": if it is for MT4 so it should be used with MT4;if the product is for MT5 so it should be used for MT5 only.

OK so how do I get a refund? I cannot find any place where it says cancel and request refund?

I am also searching for it for the MT5 and I am not finding it.

In the above link I've posted you can cancel your purchase, if you haven't activated it in your MT4 terminal.

If you have, you can't cancel it.

Contact the author/seller of the product for help please.

 
But it was a subscription not a purchase. There has to be some way to cancel it. But I cannot find cancel buttons anywhere. And the purchase downloaded to the platform I didn't download it.

If its a signal subscription, you can cancel it here and get a refund if its less than 24 hours of your subscription, otherwise you will not get refunded.

If its a MQL5 VPS subscription and you cancel it, you will not get refunded, but you will be credited the remaining time as free minutes in your MQL5 account and you can use those when you register a MT5 MQL5 VPS.

Be more careful with your product/subscription definitions next time to save time and probably money.
