It means the that Signal's broker allows for up to a maximum total volume of 200 lots on USDCAD, but the subscriber's broker only allows a maximum total volume of 150 lots.
There is a mismatch. Should the Signal provider ever go over 150 lots then the subscriber will not be able to follow the signal.

In addition to what Fernando already wrote, this is only a warning, you can go through with your signal subscription.
Its not very probable that you will need to copy a 200 lots trade.
