My account doesn't copy signal providers volume.

Hello,

I just subscribed to a signal provider and provider actually traded twice so far. However even we have like same equity, proviers trades are 0.16 Volume and mines are 0.01.

I use 95% of my equity and have same amount of equity with the provider. I also use same leverage with the provider.

What might be the issue? how do I solve it?

Thanks

Subscriber's volume should not be same with signal provider's volume in most of the cases.
Because the volume depends on the balance of trading accounts of subscriber and provider, and the leverage of trading accounts of provider and subscriber.
You can read this discussion thread about it (with some example to calculate the volume or how it was calculated):

Hello,

I understand the calculation but its not working for me. It calculates like I have 1/20 equity. I have more balance than the provider. Same leverage and I let 95% use of my equity. There is something wrong for sure.

Signal '6002554': signal provider has balance 1 691.02 USD, leverage 1:500; subscriber has balance 1 939.27 USD, leverage 1:500.

Here is an example of trade:

Frequently Asked Questions about the Signals service

The volume is automatically calculated based on your balance and leverage and signal provider's balance and leverage.
And all those calculation you should know from the journal of Metatrader (or from the journal of MQL5 VPS in case you are using this VPS).
And if you are making some other trades on your account with subscription so it is not good and it is also written on the journal.

About subscriber/provider balance/leverage - it should be written in your journal as the ration ("new ratio ..." as the following: "Signal 'XXXXX': percentage for volume conversion selected according to the ratio of balances and leverages, new value ...").

Example of the volume calculation: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/215636
