placing order stuck on crude oil etc when i only trading currencies

When placing an order i work with currencies, however when i click on new order it only has crude oil to place order on
Make sure you have enabled all the symbols that you want to trade in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.
Then open the chart of the symbol/instrument that you want to open a trade and click the New Order button.
