you mean the issue is general issue from mql5 server?

First answer the following to better understand your issue ...

  1. What operating system are you using, and what version?
  2. What build of MetaTrader are you using?
  3. What anti-virus are you using?
  4. Is the problem still present, after rebooting your machine?

i attached pictures i screenshoted from the operating system and build of metatrader,        there is no anti virus in my vps and i put off all fire wall also,       the problem still present even after many restarts

Please be aware that many VPS service providers apply firewall limitations or web access filtering on their setups, that includes Vultr's setups. Run some tests to make sure that is not the case.

Also, your MetaTrader build 3401 is a beta build, which could have bugs. It is also not recommended for real trading. Use an official stable build instead.

What part of "500: Internal Server Error" was unclear?

@William Roeder #: What part of "500: Internal Server Error" was unclear?

William, sometimes that error message is due to part of the communications being hampered by filtering on the VPS service side. I know this from experience.

So, the "500: Internal Server Error" message is not always a clear sign that the problem is on the MetaQuotes web server. Sometimes it is and sometimes it is not.

There are various factors to be considered!

Good Morning, i did all your recommendations and none worked, i even wrote vultr vps and below is there response;

Hello,

A 50x error indicates that there may be an error in your web server, or related package configurations, or that one of the necessary services is not currently running.

You will need to review your running processes, as well as their configurations in order to know for sure.

Reviewing error logs and the Event Viewer for additional information on the error is recommended.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Regards,
Ace V.

As far as I understand - error 443 (I see it on your screenshot) - It is related to your computer (to your VPS).
Means: this VPS is not fully compatible for the Market (for many reasons).
Decision: change VPS provider.

The other reason may be the following: you already installed this product (you have it in Navigator - ...) but trying to install it once again. So, it is necessary to delete the previous installation from Navogator and install it once again (I know it because I am doing this mistake from time to time).

Next reason may be the following: this VPS was blocked from the Market.
decision: change VPS.
