How can I do something like that? With CWnd, CPanel? Or there's another way to do it?

Before someone clever says that if I don't post any code blablablabla.. I am now asking for code, I am asking for a way to do it: maybe some article, some example or even some functions to look for that help me to figure out how to develop it.
