Auto Renewal of VPS

Dear Team, I have rented 2 VPS services for two different accounts, and I have activated the Auto Renewal option on both of them, however when the date due the services is automatically cancelled rather than automatically renewed, I have sufficient amount for the two vps on my card, so why the service is cancelled

My second VPS renewal is coming on 13 July, what should I do, because I have checked the auto renewal, can you guide me

Yes dear, as said before the renewal tick is there, I made sure the is automatic, but my last vps was cancelled on the day of expiration even with marking the automated renewal

Auto-renewable means that the money should be deducted from your MQL5 forum account/profile.
If the funds are not enough on your forum account so it will be cancelled.

Anyway, I do not know MQL5 VPS now so I do not know about it in practical way.
But I know that there are two places to check about auto-renewable:
- this page https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions
- and forum profile account for the money to be enough to autorenew

Some people reported that it may be more than 15 dollars because of some tax (VAT) - read post #1 (but it may be related to EU customers only).
