why did you Block my Account? Im a verified User with Passport.

I get no answer to my Ticket.

Also, mql5.com stole my Balance I had on my Account.


whats your statement?

What are talking about?

You are not banned/blocked and you've only registered 10 days ago.

What balance are you referring to?

And there is no Way to contact mql5.com. There is no E-Mail Address, no Phone and I cant create a Ticket.

Many users are getting "financial operations are limited" from time to time (incl "aditional verification" for verified users).
You can contact with the service desk:

Go to "Contacts and requests" link at the bottom of this page (on Monday/tomorrow),  choose Account \ Ask a question, then describe your problem and it will create a ticket for you.

Ok, here more detail:


I have two Accounts. One for purchasing and one for selling.

They blocked both for no reason.


If the Accounts dont get unblocked I have to do legal steps.

Because on my purchase Account are EAs worth around 2500 USD, and I had Signals and VPS ect.

All of that I cant use anymore. Also there was 170 USD Balance on the Account.

They sent back only 125 USD.

Everybody can create a ticket.
Because this information (how to create a ticket) is from the service desk:

Go to "Contacts and requests" link at the bottom of this page,  choose Account \ Ask a question, then describe your problem and it will create a ticket for you.

As to two MQL5 forum accounts so as far as I know - it is out of the rules (validated sellers should have one MQL5 forum account/profile only).
You can explain some/your particularities to the service desk asking their advice (because we on the forum have nothing to do with it sorry).

Who told you that you can have multiple MQL5 accounts?

This is against the rules and is no surprise that they banned your accounts.

Use the Service Desk link on the left of your profile page and open a ticket, if you stumble upon the chat bot, pass it by saying that your problem is not answered and create a ticket.
