Hello,

What to do when you buy a product from here and it doesn't work properly?

And you contact the seller and he don't find a solution to his product.

Or sometime he ignore your request?

 
If you bought the product and you did not activate (did not install) during the 7 days after purchases so you can calcel it and get automatic refund on your MQL5 forum account/profile.
Any other cases are related to the rules - read post where I collected everything related to it.
