Does MQL5 have live chat?

 
Does MQL5 have live chat? If so please how do i contact them? I have submitted a support ticket for my issue but would like to know if there are live chat options so the problem can be resolved faster if possible.
 
You clicked on Contacts and requests, did you see it?

There is no live chat! You have to use the service desk bot.

Most things can get resolved by describing your issue on the forum and have other users help. The service desk is only dealing with MQL5 account financial issues.

If you are having a broker issues, then you will have to discuss that with the broker or with government regulatory services.

Almost everything else is pushed onto the forum here.

 
It says the same thing on several of my computers, as if blocked by IP address.
What should I do?

Restart your router/modem.

Its usually an IP autoban, it will go away in a couple of hours.

Its repaired with a simple router restart, but you probably using a static IP address, so it doesn't go away with that.

If you can't change your router's IP address there is no other solution.
