However, it needs that mt4 and mt5 account are in the same server.

That makes absolutely no sense. Where does it state such a condition? An MT4 and MT5 account are never ever on the same trading server. That is impossible.

EDIT: Maybe you mean this: "Terminals must work on the same server so that they have the same shared data folder through which they exchange data."

But this is about the two terminals being on the same computer, not about the accounts being on the same trader server.
