Dear Sir. I'm the owner and auther of the code the person was that passed was the my programmer. I created the system and developed it in Excell she converted my excell into code needed for MQL5, I have all the files , ex, and libaries.
This my baby for over 23 years

MT5: Begin learning to code it.If you don't learn MQL4/5, there is no common language for us to communicate. If we tell you what you need, you can't code it. If we give you the code, you don't know how to integrate it into your code.

So, speak to your programmer/coder and ask them how to resolve the issue. Ask them for instructions on where to places the files in accordance with the required folder structure (for the include and library files).
No one here was involved with its development, so no one here can tell you where to place the files so that the compilation runs properly, and hopefully without errors.
PS! Your system/method may be 23 years old, but the code is definitely not that old because MT5/MQL5 did not exist that far back.

Did you originally mention in your post that your programmer had passed away? You did not!
Did you supply source code for us to analyse? You did not!
So, given that you are not a programmer, then you will have to hire another programmer to study the existing code and teach you how to use it.

Everything you said I did no do. I did send to you.
Obviously, the file does not exist in that location. You are missing files or have not placed them correctly. Open the data folder and verify.
