How Long Does Metaquotes Take For The "Extra Verification" Before Withdrawing Funds?

So I have a modest amount of money received from sales of my indicator.

A week ago I made a withdrawal and it worked.

Then I received a message from the system saying that my account was temporarily blocked to withdraw because it needed an extra step of verification (which there is no point because when you register as a seller you already have to verify using your documents and also there is no explanation of what this extra step is), and that it was a normal thing and I did not need to worry.

So it has been a week since this message and so far I can´t withdraw my money.

Trying to open a service desk ticket is impossible because of that little bot does not help.


So how long it is gonna take for this process to be over?
