No, it can't be. Baskakov probably writes his posts in a Graal frenzy, apparently in between cleaning and repairing toilets. Well, I don't know, judging by his IQ, that's all he's capable of. That work, coupled with the Grail, made him funny. Let him go on with his jamming, at least we'll have a laugh while we're looking for a pattern here...

Something like:

Regularity earning potential
Time cycles, periods (day, week) yes
Availability of "heavy" tails of incremental distributions yes
Volatility periodicity within the day depending on tick volumes no

And so on...

Because the topic, as always, turned out to be blurred and unreadable...
