There is no direct refund on the Marketplace. There is only automatic refund (on cancellation of purchase) for products purchased (not rented) but not activated, and provided that 7 days have not passed since the purchase (funds are returned to the mql5 profile/account).
Isn't 11 installed? That's where memory should be added.
IE 11 is installed, but it won't open. There is EDGE. Question figured out, it's in 64 bits. Or more accurately, a new computer. But I think it is a very inefficient application for indicator or market. And I don't plan to buy a new computer with 64 bits. The question is how to get the money back. Not much, but fundamentally.
