Hi, Forextime are offering 1:1000 leverage and I'm wondering how this would effect my trading. Please can you release a quick patch with the added leverage in the strategy tester! Pretty pleaseeeeee!

High leverage is only offered by scams.

Maximum brokers offer 1:500 leverage, but some brokers also good and offer 1:1000 to 1:2000 leverage, but they are not scam. Leverage facility can offer by any broker. Which broker is scam, that have to find out by traders.
