My guess is that if they are required to publish to regulators, it is likely to be quarterly or year-end, i.e. not up-to-date data. And that is in front of the regulator, not online to the whole world. It would be good to consult the primary source (law) on this subject. Do you have a link?

The information in the public domain, which is supposed to be strictly confidential, looks very suspicious.
