1. Why have you decided that nothing is being copied? Providers don't copy like a machine gun - the provider had positions, you synchronised and they copied.

2. Have you checked the logs of MQL5 VPS?

Watching open trades on the phone, they are 3 days old and looking at the signal in the tab

Open positions in the subscription on the website,

there trades were opened today I don't have them on my terminal.

No, to view the MQL5 VPS logs you need to connect from a Windows desktop terminal.

The confusion is this:

HP      2       19:12:13.326    Network '15058468': authorization on 23.111.102.25:443 failed (Invalid account)


1. Please run the synchronisation again.

2. Attach the log file from the "Log" tab of the desktop terminal.

3. Attach the "Log" log file of the shared hosting.
