I had the same problem until I completely uninstalled the terminal from my computer and reinstalled it.
Yes the first time gone! used to delete one chart by mistake so it was in the deleted ones, but this one is nowhere to be found.

I went to clear the snow and all the charts with markups are gone in the terminal! Damn, how can I restore them now - maybe they are hurting me on purpose!
Try installing the terminal in a different folder and transfer the templates and profiles there step by step.
You can add indicators later, if it works.

there's a folder called deleted. there's all sorts of stuff in there, you can poke around
