Force to disconnect signal account EA

We are trying to ADD a demo account as a signal but the webpage says it is being used as a signal already.

How to force the disco since we are pretty sure it is not being used.

If the account has previously either been subscribed to a signal or providing a signal, you must wait one week before you can provide a signal. Does this sound like your case?
