Here's more about Genetic Algorithm..... if you can)))

Genetic Algorithm (GA) is something like a game of "Battleship", i.e. first it "bombs" over the whole field of parameters optimization range,

and then, when it finds the dislocation of your ships (the biggest profit), it reaches the maximum profit, eliminating "useless" firing on an empty field.

To enable/disable GA, in the tester, in the Expert Advisor Properties, check the box next to the Genetic Algorithm in the Testing tab.

There you can also select the target to be used for GA. It can be Balance, ProfitFactor, Profit Anticipation or Maximal Drawdown.

Hooray TREND on the euro is going up! Just a bit more and you can sell (salt)...

Yes, thank you. And I was foolishly hoping that I could convert the data output online by DDE to quotes for the required timeframe... :)

Theoretically it is possible to output any timeframes in Metatrader and not only those available.... I even read an article, how you can output a chart for 10,20 min. timeframes and others...)

Sorry for the possibly silly question, but how do I enable the DDE in Metatrader and allow the dll?

Well, yes, it's called "learn the math", i.e. the language :)
