The omen - if passed the "semicircular" level like 1.37500 - with a high (but not a hundred-percent!!!) probability we will reach the round 1.38000. The eu likes to park at the end of the day on zeros =)

 
The Eur already broke through 1.3700 and even if it goes to 1.3800, it will go very slowly.
