You don't need to add or multiply anything, much less "root" anything to translate the strategy to the M1 test. Specify explicitly used TF in timeseries, indicators, etc. And test yourselves on the minutes.

What do you mean you do not need it? What about money? Will it go unploughed and unmultiplied?
 
If the optimum TakeProfit=10 on the minutes, then in the 4hour timeframe also 10 ? My guess is 150, otherwise it would be a different strategy.
