The algorithm is as follows:

remove 300, add 198, remove 300, add 198.... etc. (if it is less than 300 after reporting 198, add another 198) etc.

After 33 withdrawals of 300 and 50 additions of 198, the amount in the account will be a multiple of 300 and can be withdrawn in full.
