No, you have to take USDJPY ASK prices for GBPJPY, not GBPUSD.

Apparently, you don't quite have the right idea of how to correctly implement TickValue in the tester.

At the moment, the current TickValue solution for the tester is the best possible one.

 
However... :) I don't know what to say. ... :) - I will say this - where did I say that you have to take the BID to calculate?
