Help me write a simple EA that will trade in a certain direction with a fixed lot on all currencies. Start of trading with the formation of a new candle. Only one order should open. With the ability to specify TP and SL.
For example, I start an Expert Advisor and set to trade only sell or only buy with 0.1 lot. After the closing by TP or SL, with the formation of a new candle, a new order is opened.

I read on the website that you write EAs for free?
I wanted to order an EA based on moving averages.
Here's a look at the SELL conditions.
1. price is below MA 320
2. when MA5 crosses MA8 downwards - open a sell trade.
3. Here we set Take Profit - 60; Stop Loss - 30; Trailing Stop - 20.
Terms on BUY are reversed.
MA - Moving Average
MA320 - exponential, period 320, close
MA5 - exponential, period 5, median
MA8 - simple, period 8, median
